Элен Тибо является сокоординатором Центрально-азиатского хаба сети PEER вместе с Наурин Дуррани, профессором Высшей школы образования НУ. Сеть PEER - это четырехлетняя инициатива, возглавляемая четырьмя университетами (Ольстер, Кейптаун, Назарбаев и Сассекс), получившая бюджет в размере 3 000 000 фунтов стерлингов от Исследовательской инициативы Великобритании (UKRI) в рамках Исследовательского фонда глобальных вызовов (GCRF). Проект направлен на повышение качества политэкономического анализа образования в партнерстве с учеными, политиками и практиками в странах, затронутых конфликтами. Проект поддерживает исследовательские проекты 30 молодых ученых (стипендиатов) из разных стран Африки и Центральной Азии по вопросам, связанным с политической экономией образования. Работа стипендиатов из Центральной Азии и их наставников будет опубликована в издательстве Palgrave в 2024 году.
