Dr. Mwita Chacha received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, USA in 2011. Dr. Chacha teaches courses in International Relations, specifically IR Theory, international organizations, and international political economy. His research seeks to better understand the dynamics of regional integration arrangements and the effects of complex interdependence on domestic security and conflict. Dr. Chacha’s work has been published in various academic journals including African Security, European Union Politics, the Journal of International Relations and Development, and the Journal of Peace Research.
