NU to Host International Conference on Kazakh Linguistics Honoring Professor Zeynekhan Kuzekova
On April 25, 2025, Nazarbayev University will proudly host an international scientific and practical conference titled “Kazakh Linguistics: Integration of Theory and Practice.” The event is dedicated to the 70th birthday of distinguished Doctor of Philology and Professor Zeynekhan Kuzekova, recognizing her immense contributions to Kazakh linguistic scholarship and education.
The conference is co-hosted by the Department of Kazakh Language and Turkic Studies at Nazarbayev University, the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the International Association of Kazakh Language Teachers, and the Association of Women Scientists of Kazakhstan.
The goal of the conference is to foster the scientific and practical development of Kazakh linguistics in higher education. By creating a collaborative platform for esteemed scholars, methodologists, and emerging researchers, the event seeks to explore cutting-edge linguistic technologies and promote innovative trends in the teaching of Kazakh.
